It will be the battle of the Atlantic Sires Stakes freshman fillies at Northside Downs on Saturday.
Two ‘A’ divisions of the two-year-old pacing fillies will be featured on the afternoon race card at the North Sydney oval. Over $9700 in purse money will be up for grabs in each of the two divisions.
This will be the final meeting of the two-year-old fillies prior to the season-ending Atlantic Breeders Crown Championships. This year’s championship weekend will be hosted by Red Shores at the Charlottetown Driving Park October 11 and 12.
First race post time at Northside Downs on Saturday is 1 pm.
