ASBA Memberships

ALL OWNERS of horses staked to the Atlantic Sires Stakes in 2016 must be members of the Atlantic Standardbred Breeders Association.  The fee is $50 per owner.  The fee needs to be paid once per calendar year and should be sent with your stake payments to STANDARDBRED CANADA. 
 
The fee(s) may be included on the same cheque as your stake payments.  If you are paying your stakes online, these memberships must be mailed to Standardbred Canada.  Please keep track if you have paid the membership for 2016 so you don’t pay again with your 2-year-old or yearling payments (if applicable).
 
Note: If an Atlantic Sires Stakes nomination or sustaining payment is received and the owner has not included or previously paid their ASBA membership, Standardbred Canada will issue an invoice for the outstanding ASBA membership fee and an additional invoicing fee of $6.70 + HST will be charged.
